Our stay was an absolute nightmare. The room we checked into was freezing, as the thermostat didn't work at all, and we ended up having to change rooms multiple times. Even the new room was cold, not to mention we constantly had issues with our room keys, having to get them reprogrammed repeatedly. It was beyond frustrating!

Had a decent stay! The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day, and the location had some solid dining options nearby. Room was clean, just needed a bit of TLC on the carpets. Overall not bad for a night in Wichita!

The two queen bed room felt comfortable and clean during my stay. Plenty of towels and amenities available. I really liked the hot tub and pool area, providing a great relaxation spot after a long day. The location had so many dining options close by, including Slim Chickens for a tasty meal. The breakfast had limited items that could've been better prepared. Checkout was a bit hectic. there was a long wait, even though I had arrived early. Room keys took a while to activate initially. Still, the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable despite a few bumps in the road.

The indoor pool was a hit, especially for the kids after our visit to the Wichita Sports Forum. Our room had cozy beds and was clean, providing a perfect retreat for the family, including our dog.

We faced some struggles right from check-in when the manager seemed a bit off—barely acknowledged us and we had to deal with rooms that were colder than outside after a snow! All that back and forth changing rooms really put a damper on the stay.
